Our product offering features the SAFE-TANK® double-wall containment system, the IMFO® full drain vertical storage poly tank, and the OR-1000™ oxidation resistant system.

The SAFE-TANK storage and containment system, dual wall containment, provides customers with an investment that offers peace of mind and environmental care. Made from high density CROSSLINKED polyethylene, the SAFE-TANK® alleviates the need to build large high maintenance concrete containment areas. In the event of a spill, the SAFE-TANK® systems all-in-one design features a protected containment area which also prevents rainwater from entering   Options available include electronic leak detection, ultrasonic level measurement systems, ladders, heat tracing and insulation as well as seismic & wind restraint systems.

The IMFO® or Integrally Molded Flanged Outlet tank provides full drainage and eliminates the need to enter the tank which avoids a confined space entry situation.  The IMFO® flange can be serviced from the outside of the tank, is seamless, one-piece and promotes longer tank life. Poly Processing's IMFO® tanks can also be supplied with molded tank pads.

Poly Processing's cost effective OR-1000™ storage system provides unmatched chemical resistance that promotes even longer tank life. This engineered oxidation resistant system delivers 4 times the anti-oxidants to the interior surface of our high density crosslinked polyethylene tanks to provide our customers with several years of excellent service. Our OR-1000™ system has proven to be the storage solution of choice for specialty applications like Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, and Hydrochloric Acid since 1995.
